Log in to your account. Click the Podium Rewards launcher to open the rewards panel. Select “Ways to Redeem.” If you have enough points, choose a reward to redeem and generate a discount code. You can either copy the code and enter it at checkout, or click “Apply” to have the discount automatically applied to your order.

DO MY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?

Yes- Podium Points expire 12 months after your last activity, like a purchase or redemption. But don’t worry! We’ll email you 2 weeks before any points are set to expire so you can use them. Keep shopping, redeeming, or engaging with the program to make the most of your points and unlock all your rewards.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

Points earned from returned or refunded orders will be automatically removed from your account. Partial returns adjust points proportionally.

Log in to your account and head to the Podium Points tab. Then scroll down to the Podium Points Balance section.

HOW DO I ENTER THE NEXT TIER?

The more you spend, the closer you’ll get to the next tier. You can see how many points you need to earn on the rewards landing page under Podium Points. You can also see this at the Current VIP tier section under the same page.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY TREAT?

Enter your date of birth once logged in. We'll email you your birthday treat 14 days before your birthday.
